We want you to be happy with Python Academy. Every course tier and the all-access bundle is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to all one-time purchases on Python Academy (the Basics, OOP and Data Structures & Algorithms tiers, and the all-access bundle).

How to request a refund

Email us at support@example.com within the 14-day window with:

• the email address used for the purchase, and
• your order or receipt number (from the receipt Paddle emailed you).

You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.

How refunds are processed

Payments on Python Academy are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Once a refund is processed, access to the corresponding paid course(s) is removed.

Your statutory rights (EU/UK)

Our courses are digital content supplied online. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By purchasing and beginning to access a course immediately, you ask us to start supplying that digital content right away and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply has begun. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above is offered voluntarily and does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, bulk downloading or redistribution of course materials, repeated purchase-and-refund activity, or fraudulent chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may delay resolution; please reach out and we will help.
